Go stones
Clamshell White Go stone is valuable for its ‘white color’, but rarely among them retain the natural amber color of the raw material.
Usually, the stripes peculiar to “Clamshell Go stones” are not so noticeable because the Go stones are pure white, but the stripes of “Amber Go stones” can be clearly seen.
It is one of the rarest of rare stones, which can be produced only once in several thousand to several tens of thousands of pairs.
*The color and intensity of the amber color are as close as possible, but please note that there may be some variation.
*Because of the blue label quality, there may be some noticeable flaws or small flaws. Please understand.
Clamshell Go stones are manufactured by Go stones craftsmen one by one through more than 20 manufacturing processes. It takes about 2 to 6 months from the Clamshell to the product.

Grade (striped pattern):The spacing between the stripes is a little coarser than "Snow grade", which is about 70% or less of the total.

Go Bowls
Miniature Go Bowls made of Honkuwa[Mountain mulberry] for 15mm diameter Go stones by Wood craftsman "Kai-shi (懐志)".
*These are miniature Go Bowls for 15mm diameter Go stones and 9*9-ro　(for 41 go stones of normal diameter).
Go bowls are made from Honkuwa [Mountain mulberry], that is very popular and highest quality material to make bowl.
Mulberry wood has a beautiful yellowish wood color, and when polished, it appears golden with a unique texture. The wood is extremely hard and is even used to make walking sticks, which require great strength.

Go Board
This Go board is made from the highest quality Hyuga Kaya wood with special dimension of 9*9-ro, 4-piece Go board.
The 9*9-ro board is quite thick and stable, as it is 1/4 scale of standard-sized board with 19*19-ro.

The lines of a board are marked using "Tachi-mori", the skill of drawing lines using a Japanese sword. This traditional technique highlights the beauty of natural grain patterns and the texture of lacquered line is smooth and has also a nice feeling.
