Shipping Method

  1. Domestic shipping: Sagawa Express Co.,Ltd. / Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. / JAPAN POST Co.,Ltd.
    Shipping charge 1,000 JPY all over Japan (fixed rate)
    For those customers who purchase over 20,000JPY/order, we would like to cover the shipping charge.
    * Extra charge for cash on delivery will be added.

    Customer will be able to see the actual shipping charge before placing an order.
    * We will not be able to deliver our products to some countries and regions. When you cannot find your shipping charge on our site, please directly contact us.

    Note for the Packing Cost
    The overseas shipping charge is to be calculated based on the total weight of your order.
    Please kindly understand we will add 38% of the total weight for this calculation, which includes packing cost, insurance fee, and handling charge for overseas shipping service. Thank you.

Important Notice (For within Japan shipment)

  • For the domestic shipment, please specify the delivery date desired, 4 days or later from the ordering date.
  • Please kindly understand that all the orders received after 1pm on Friday through Sunday shall be handled on Monday. We will ship your order within 1 to 3 business days. We will inform you immediately if the shipping might be delayed for some reasons.

Important Notice (For overseas shipment)

  • When we ship our products to overseas, we are required to write the price of each product on the shipping slip. So please kindly understand that the recipient may know the price of the gift.
  • We are also required to enclose packing slip inside the packaging. Please kindly understand that the recipient may see the price of each product. Thank you.
  • Please kindly understand that all the orders received after 1pm on Friday through Sunday shall be handled on Monday. We will ship your order within 1 to 3 business days. We will inform you immediately if the shipping might be delayed for some reasons.
  • If your shipping address is outside of Japan, you will have to pay a custom fee.
    Unfortunately, we are unable to answer how much the custom fee will be. Please contact the custom office in your country for more information. Thank you very much for your understanding.

For customers who did not get a reply e-mail after placing an order,

If you did not receive an automatic reply e-mail after placing an order, there is a possibility that the reply was blocked or sorted as SPAM mail.
Please kindly check your SPAM folder or the settings regarding blocking mail.

In the event that we cannot ship your order by the method you requested (For overseas only).

  • In rare cases, we are unable to ship an order by the method requested, depending on the country/region, weight/size limitations and other reasons.
    We will e-mail you immediately and inform you of an alternative shipping method and cost.
    We will refund you the balance if required. If it costs more, we will cover the excess charges.
  • In some cases, we need to dispatch in two or more shipments depending on the number and size of your orders. In such cases, our company will cover any additional shipping costs.

In the event that we cannot accept your order (For overseas only).

  • In rare cases, we are unable to ship an order depending on the country/region, weight/size limitations. Then we will e-mail you immediately.
  • We do not accept orders using "overseas package forwarding service companies" in Japan due to frequent troubles.
    *If the shipping address of your order is a "overseas package forwarding service companies", we will not be able to accept your order.

Returns or Exchange

Please E-mail us when you wish to return or exchange the product.

We would like to exchange the defective product immediately. Please return the product at customer expense. We will refund you the shipping charge after we confirm the defect.
If same product is not available or the products is a limited edition, we will refund you both product and shipping charge after we confirm the defect.
