＊For finishing, urethan coating is applied on the surface. It has passed the Food Sanitation Act in Japan.The coating is not harm at all so it is totally safe to be used for beverage container.

Kurokaki[black persimmon] need to be dried up under open air for many years to be ready used as material for wooden artifacts.
Before processing into Wine glasses, craftsmen have to shave the thin surface of Kuro-kaki little by little and dry it out. He repeat this process 4 to 5 times to form the Wine glasses.
Natural wood design and the black and white color contrast produces premium feel with deep and pleasant resonance.
Each wine glass is carefully shaved and polished to the rim by a traditional craftsman. This premium item is truly an artwork completed by his long years of experience and extraordinary skills. ＊Please check in the photo image.
