Kyoto Kiyomizu-Yaki Pottery Artist "丹影 / Ni-Ei" made "Sake cup / cherry blossoms patterns" JAC-KNI-406-02

This sake cup has a white porcelain base, and all the cherry blossom patterns are hand painted in vermilion red using the “Kaki-zume” technique, with two maple leaves painted on the outside and one on the inside as accents.
The gold coloring on the rim of the cup gives the overall impression of being tightened.
The part holding the sake cup under the side is finished with a slanting uneven surface to make it easy to hold and prevent slipping.
The word “丹影 / NI-EI” is three-dimensionally inscribed on the bottom.
