This is the Nihon Ki-in(日本棋院) Shichifukujin folding fan illustrated from Hokusai's photo album, a woodblock print book published in the Meiji era (1868-1912).
It depicts seven gods of good fortune playing Go, and the cool green color of the fan is elegant.
It is recommended as a prize for a Go tournament or for daily use.
