The power of the earth rising from the ground beneath you. The force of the wind filling your lungs with each breath. The flow of water seeping into your body, nourishing your bloodstream.
All these elements converge at the center of your being, growing warm and transforming into energy—『氣力』 (Ki-ryoku, vital energy)—that stirs the heart. It is a state of becoming one with nature."
