Size 39 Go stones (approximately 11.0 mm thick) combine a sense of heft with an elegant, high-quality feel.

Clamshell Go stones are white Go stones made from clam shells.
Each Clamshell Go stone is made by hand by Go stones craftsmen through more than 20 manufacturing processes.
It takes approximately 2 to 6 months from the clam shell to the finished product.
We hope you will experience the skill of Go stones making that has been passed down from generation to generation for more than 100 years, and the brilliance of the Go stones carved by traditional Go stone making craftsmen.
Quality: The highest quality with almost no scratches that has cleared strict selection standards.
Grade (striped pattern): The spacing between the stripes is a little coarser than "Snow grade", which is about 70% or less of the total.

Proof of Quality – “Numbering” Each White Go stone manufactured by our shop is engraved with an invisible marking that becomes visible only under a blacklight.
This numbering serves as the mark of Kuroki Goishiten and as a guarantee of authenticity and quality control.

Go bowls：Mr. Takashi NISHIKAWA made Kaede [Maple] Go Bowls
This is made of "Kaede" [Maple], which is very rare as Go Bowls.
It is a rare item that is rarely distributed in the market.
The bright white transparent wood color and soft grain of this Go Bowl give it a natural look.
A written certificate of his artwork is enclosed in a box.
A branding iron seal that proves that this is the artwork of Mr. Takashi NISHIKAWA (Registration No. 115).

Go board：Hyuga-kaya Table Go Board Masame 1.9-Sun (about 58mm thick) 4-piece composition board No.76940*Off-spec」.
This Go board is made from Hyuga Kaya wood, that is quite hard to get as material wood for Go board.
That is the highest quality material wood to make Go board.
The value is increasing as the wood will be rarer in the near future.
The lines of a board are marked using "Tachi-mori", the skill of drawing lines using a Japanese sword. This traditional technique highlights the beauty of natural grain patterns and the texture of lacquered line is smooth and has also a nice feeling.
There are tiny holes on one cutting side.
The top, the bottom and the side have some intergrown knots.
The bottom has an involvement of wood barks, and the top and the side have remains of it.
