Size 39 Go stones (approximately 11.0 mm thick) combine a sense of heft with an elegant, high-quality feel.

Clamshell Go stones are white Go stones made from clam shells.
Each Clamshell Go stone is made by hand by Go stones craftsmen through more than 20 manufacturing processes.
It takes approximately 2 to 6 months from the clam shell to the finished product.

Quality: The highest quality with almost no scratches that has cleared strict selection standards.

This Kurokaki Go Bowl has a very beautiful bold pattern that looks as if it were drawn with a brush, and no two Go Bowls are alike.
The contrast of black and white created by nature creates a strong impact.
A written certificate of his artwork is enclosed in a box.
A branding iron seal that proves that this is the artwork of Mr. Takashi NISHIKAWA (Registration No. 115).

Currently, Hyuga kaya wood is extremely difficult to obtain, so Go boards with legs, which require large-diameter wood, are rare, even if they are made from the "Kiura" cutting style.
This Go board is an exquisite piece that allows you to fully enjoy the fragrant aroma of Hyuga kaya and the soft texture of its wood, providing the ultimate playing experience.
The lines are finished using domestically produced natural lacquer and are applied with the "tachimori" technique, using a Japanese sword.
The thin, delicate lines characteristic of board craftsman Mr. Yoshida exude elegance and beauty.
With a thickness of 3.9 sun (approximately 126 mm), this Go board is relatively light and easy to handle for a Go board with legs.
